Disadvantages:
1. Will cause mechanical damage to the mold and shorten its lifespan.
2. Sandblasting treatment can easily block the exhaust,holes of the mold, and the workload of clearing the exhaust holes after sandblasting is significant.
3. Causing high labor intensity and long cleaning cycles.
2、 Chemical cleaning method
Chemical cleaning methods mainly include organic solvent method, melting method, acid washing method, alkali washing method, etc.
Advantages:
Easy to use and low cost.
Disadvantages:
Long term use of the above methods can cause mold corrosion, directly affecting the appearance and quality of the product. At the same time, these pharmaceutical raw materials pollute the environment and damage the health of operators. Therefore, it is necessary to have complete labor protection measures and pollution treatment equipment.
